​Meet Your Support Coordinator

Hi, I’m Melinda — though most people know me as Mindi. I bring over 11 years’ experience in the disability sectorand a genuine passion for supporting people to navigate the NDIS with confidence and clarity.

I began my career in Darwin in 2014 and have worked extensively with people who have severe to profound intellectual disabilities, including many years supporting participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments. This remains my area of special interest and expertise, and it’s the cohort I most enjoy and feel most skilled in supporting.

In 2024, I brought my experience and knowledge to South Australia and established Support Coordination SA, where I continue to support participants with complex needs, their families, and support teams.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, photography, beach walks, live music, and spending time with my family, friends, and my Chihuahua, Rocky.
